We reported back in October of 2013 that American-based car tuner Vorsteiner had just released some photos and details of its modified Continental GT BR10-RS Edition. Now, the tuner has released another set of photos of the car, primarily concentrating on the car’s rear and its carbon-fibre elements, unlike the previous photos that focused both on the front and the sides. The aero package features these carbon-fibre elements:
· Front bumper
· Side skirts
· Rear bumper
· Deck lid spoiler
The car is equipped with a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 that generates 528 horsepower (389 kW) at 6,000 rpm, as well as 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque available at just 1,700 rpm. The engine is mated to a close-ratio ZF 8-speed automatic transmission. The 0-62mph (100 km/h) sprint is achieve in just 4.5 seconds, with the top speed being 308 km/h (191 mph).
There are also new wheels now – Gloss Brushed Shadow-finished Sport Challenge Forged VSC-103 Forged Monoblocks measuring 22 x 9 inches and 22×10.5” at the front and rear, respectively. The wheels are wrapped with Pirelli P Nero tyres measuring 255/30/22 at the front and 295/25/22 at the rear.
